Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no charge. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. You can use it for as long as you like within the stated limits.

2. Paid Plans — No Refunds for Usage

Payments are non-refundable once any analysis has been run. Each analysis triggers multiple AI model calls that are billed to us immediately — if you have used the product, you have consumed real compute and the payment stands.

We provide a generous Free plan specifically so you can evaluate Omnalyst before paying. Subscribing to a paid plan means you have decided to use it. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unused time remaining in a billing period.

3. Accidental Renewal Refunds

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us at billing@omnalyst.app within 24 hours of the charge. We will review the request and, if no analyses were run during that renewed period, we will issue a refund and cancel the subscription immediately. Refunds are not issued if the plan was used in any way during the renewed period.

4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new rate takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the lower rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for the difference when downgrading.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You are automatically moved to the Free plan after that date
  • Your existing analysis results remain accessible on the Free plan subject to Free plan limits
  • No further charges are made

To cancel, go to your account settings within the app, or contact us at support@omnalyst.app.

6. No Refund Cases

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Any subscription period in which at least one analysis was run
  • Dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to cancel before a renewal
  • Renewal charges reported after 24 hours of the charge
  • Renewal charges where any analyses were run during that period
  • Partial months — we do not pro-rate unused time
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@omnalyst.app with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
